Created by The SONA Foundation, the Therapy Assistance Project (TAP) supports songwriters and music creators living in the United States with financial assistance for mental health therapy.

Backline is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that connects music industry professionals and their families with mental health and wellness resources. They are building a safer and more supportive music industry by helping our community access quality mental health care providers that understand our line of work.

  • Sweet Relief Music’s Mental Health Fundgrant supports music industry professionals who already have a therapist and have encountered financial difficulty. Sweet Relief's grant will help continue their course of treatment.

  • The Neil Lasher Music Fundprovides financial assistance for drug and alcohol recovery treatment for musicians, their families, and others in the music industry.

  • Musicians FoundationOne-time financial assistance grants are open to professional musicians across all genres. If you are a professional musician in a specific time of need, explore to see if you might qualify for a financial grant to pay an essential bill.

  • Music Health Alliance provides personal healthcare advocacy services to help the music community navigate specific healthcare needs in vision, dental, medical, mental, and senior care guidance, as well as access to state and federal health insurance options.

  • Loveland Foundation: provides therapy for Black women and girls

  • Cancer Support Community: Provides free mental health support for anyone impacted by cancer through support groups and brief individual counseling as well as mind-body classes and workshops.
